Nepal Presbyterian Theological Seminary (NPTS) (Previously known as Nepal Theological Seminary) is located in the Southern part of Kathmandu, Nepal. It is the first Institute to award Bachelor of Theology (B.Th) degree in the history of Christianity in Nepal. It was established in 1986 by Late Rev. Dr. Emmanuel Sung Ho Lee, the first Korean Missionary to Nepal.
The Seminary stands for equipping leaders for the present and future church by pastoral practicum and academic training. NPTS maintained an open enrollment policy to every denomination.
NPTS is a vibrant and diverse Christian community, where staff and students live and learn together as they seek to grow as disciples and serve God with their lives. NPTS students are from different places, different churches, with different callings, and yet are united by a love for God and for His people.
